Frequently Asked QuestionsDo you stock your products? Yes, we carry stock of all our products. If an item becomes out of stock, this will be indicated by an “out of stock” image. Can I ask for a specific product colour/style? Yes! If the item you would like to order comes in a range of colours, please tell us your preference in the comments field. We may not always be able to supply to specific requirements, but we will do our best. How much is shipping? Standard delivery is £3.95 and is sent using Royal Mail services. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Express Delivery is £7.50 and is guaranteed to be delivered within 1 - 2 working days. We use a variety of carriers depending on the size/weight of your package. Orders sent using Express Delivery will require a signature upon delivery. Express delivery is not available for weekend or bank holiday delivery. Orders are usually despatched within 1 or 2 working days of order confirmation and clearance of funds. My Package has not arrived yet? If your were not in when your order was delivered the carrier will leave a postcard. Please follow the instructions on the postcard. Items delivered by Royal Mail/Courier will remain at the Callers Office and returned if not collected within the time specificed on the card. There may also be other reasons why it could not be delivered. Please check the Royal Mail Website for details. Sometimes deliveries may be delayed by circumstances out of our control, like adverse weather conditions or postal strikes. Please check with your local Royal Mail Office. Unfortunately we are unable to claim for a lost or delayed item until 15 working days after it has been sent. If, in the unlikely event, that your order does not arrive in time for your party, you may request a refund (less post and packaging) once the goods have been returned to us as per our Refund Policy. Can I collect my order? Yes you can collect your order, which needs to be arranged prior to collection. We will contact you once the order has been confirmed and picked to arrange a suitably convenient time. How do I pay? We currently do not take payments over the phone. All Payments are handled by PayPal. We do not hold any credit card information on our systems. Even if you do not hold a PayPal account you can still order! For PayPal Acount Holders 1. Place your order using the shopping cart provided. 2. Click on Shopping Cart. Review your Shopping Cart Contents, if OK, click Checkout. 3. Follow the on screen instructions from steps 1 through to 3. 4. When you are happy with your order click confirm on step 3. This will take you to the PayPal website. 4. When PayPal website is reached follow the on-screen instructions. For customers who do not have a PayPal Account 1. Place your order using the shopping cart provided. 2. Click on Shopping Cart. How do I enter a Discount/Promotional Code Personal discount codes provided direct to customers by Birthday Creations are non-transferable and cannot be used by anyone other than the named recipient of the promotional code. Some promotional codes are only valid for a limited period of time. The expiry date will be publicised with the relevant promotion code. Only one promotion code can be used per order. Promotional codes are not valid in conjunction with any other promotional code. Birthday Creations reserves the right to decline to accept orders or to void orders already made, where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid for the order being placed or does not meet the terms & conditions associated with that code. In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the original purchase once the discount is applied. In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the discount applied on that order will be spread between the goods proportionately. If a minimum spend applied to the original order in order to qualify for a discount, and a refund of a returned item means that the original discount would not apply, the amount refunded to the customer will be adjusted to reflect this. A Promotional / discount code has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash (or for benefits in kind such as gift vouchers). Any balance remaining after redemption of a Promotional / discount code is non-transferable and non-refundable Birthday Creations reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
